1. Payment and Confirmation

• Deposit: To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required before the quote expires.

• Final Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid in full 15 days before your arrival.

• Rates: All prices are in Euros (EUR), per person, per night, and are subject to change without notice.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM

• Check-out: 12:00 PM

3. Minimum Stay

• Weekends: 2-night minimum stay.

• High Season (Christmas, New Year’s, and Carnival): 3-night minimum stay.

• Holidays: Weekend rates apply during national holidays.

4. Children and Pets

• Infants: We do not host children under 2 years old.

• Children: At Villa Caracol and Casa Mani, we welcome children aged 2 to 10 (at least one adult must be in the room). At Posada Caracol, the minimum age for guests is 10.

• Pets: We are pet-friendly! One small or medium dog (up to 15 kg / 33 lbs) is allowed per room at no extra cost.

5. Important Information (Not Included)

Please note that our Full Board package does not include:

• Airfare or National Park entrance fees.

• Breakfast on your arrival day.

• Lunch or boat trips to the islands on your departure day (available as extras).

• Alcoholic drinks or any drinks outside of scheduled meal times.

• Tips and any other extra expenses.

Optional Services

• Cayo de Agua / Dos Mosquises Trip: 100 EUR per person.

• Private Boat (max. 8 people): Starting at 500 EUR per day.

• Departure Day Package (Island trip + lunch + umbrella): 85 EUR per person.
