Reservations
You can book your vacation at one of the structures of Caracol Group in the best travel agencies of your city or by contacting our reservation office: a multi-lingual and professionally trained staff will answer your questions from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (GMT –4:30).
Your requests will be processed within 48 hours from receipt.

Availability:
fill out the booking form to check availability.
Booking:
once availability is confirmed, in order to finalize your reservation, please send a reservation request via fax or email indicating the first name, last name and passport number of all the guests in addition to the information relative to the flights (air lines, flight number, day and time of arrival and departure).
Confirmation:
once received the reservation request, we will confirm the requested services.
Payments:
payment can be made through bank wire or credit card. To confirm your reservation, you must issue a payment equal to 50% of the total. The balance must be paid 15 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations:
a penalty of 25% will be applied for cancellations notified before 31 days prior to arrival. A penalty of 50% will be applied for cancellations notified from 30 to 15 days prior to arrival. A penalty of 100% will be applied for cancellations notified during the last 14 days prior to arrival.
No Show:
in case you do not show up, no refund will be granted.
Check In:
the rooms will be available from 12:00 am. Breakfast on the arrival day is not included.
Check Out:
check-out is at 10:00 am.
