Dining

Bar:
the bar is located in the common area of the churuata in front of the swimming pool. At 5:00 p.m., guests will enjoy coffee or tea, juices and iced tea, snacks and cakes. From 7:00 p.m. until dinnertime, the guests will be offered an aperitif and finger foods which are on the house. Our bar also offers a selection of Chilean wines and of the best Venezuelan rums.

Restaurant:
it is also under the churuata and nearby the bar with view onto the garden and swimming pool. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served here. Guests will be able to choose between Continental, American or Creole breakfast. For the guests who wish to have lunch at our facility, we offer fresh dishes, a selection of salads, sandwiches, fruit salads and ice cream. Dinner includes an appetizer or a first course, a second course mainly with fish accompanied by vegetable and salad, dessert, fruit, coffee or tea.
The cuisine of Casa Caracol offers typical specialties of the region, with particular focus on natural products, fresh fish, excellent meat, vegetable and tropical fruits. There are also specialities from the Italian cuisine.

Timetable:
- Breakfast: from 8.00 AM to 10.00 AM
- Lunch: from 12.00 PM to 2.00 PM
- Dinner: at 7.30 PM
