Excursions:
the posada will organize upon the client's request, excursions to the most interesting areas of Margarita Island such as Laguna de La Restinga, Coche Island, the peninsula of Macanao in jeep or horse back riding, or to ancient fortresses, and churches of the Spanish colonization.
Margarita island, rich of history and natural landscapes, offers endless possibility of relaxation, sport, and entertainment to its visitors.
Following destinations can be easily reached from the posada:
- The town and port of Juan Griego (5 minutes by car)
- Golf Field (10 minutes by car)
- The city of Asunción, historic capital of the island (20 minutes by car)
- The city of Porlamar, business and shopping capital, with casino and night life (30 minutes by car)
- The peninsula of Macanao, with endless wild beaches and deserted spots (45 minutes by car)
